FFCC: Ring of Fate codes don't work - R4DS

Heya,

I tried inputting some AR codes into my R4DS and the codes don't show up, I know my R4DS works and cheats do work, because codes for other games show up.

Anyone know why it is so? Does it have anything to do with the fact that I had patched the rom in order to bypass the protection?

If your R4 is up to date the unpatched rom should work so perhaps try that.

I dunno, I updated the r4ds firmware, but still the unpatched rom still went to the demo screen after 20mins, so I patched it.
