Action Replay formats my Memory Card when even i put codes, they all work but my Memory Card is completely deleted. What to do, Help!

I need to beat that sitar man with water powers, he is really tough!

I have a copy of ARMaxevo, it ain't original, and CodeBreaker v10 doesn't work for me,
i have an scph - 75001
