WoW Patch 2.02.3?

I play on a private server were patch 2.4.x series are not supported yet (I don't believe any servers support 2.4.x, but thats beside the point). Anyways, I foolishly upgraded, thinking it had been supported, but was wrong when I got a patch error when I tried to log on.
I seriously had no clue, and the I went to Google and typed in "WoW patch downgrade", was greeted with a YouTube video that worked great, well I guess it did. It downgraded, but since the server I play on doesn't support any lower than 2.1.x, I can't upgrade and I don't play retail anymore, and it also won't download in the client, either. I looked for a master patch that upgrades 2.0.x to 2.3.0, or 2.3.x. I couldn't find a thing, and I really don't know what to do.

I know the answer is seriously right in my face, but I can't see it :P.
