I need a good cell/smartphone that has WiFi, a camera, a microsd slot and preferably a touchscreen for under $350 unlocked!

I really don't want to spend a whole bunch of mney on a phone where I might not use it as much... I NEED WiFi of some sort for free IM and web browsing...

I've looked at many phones and I like the Palm Centro the best but theres no WiFi and I don't want to pay more then like $15-$20 a month for a plan(Canada isn't cheap)...

Also no massive phones, like the bigger Black Berrys and w/e... It has to fit in a pocket without sticking out like a giant square I guess... How am I supposed to go to class with this giant box sticking out off the side of my leg lol

I appreciate the advise! Any phone is good!
