Alright, kind of a tricky situation. We're switching to a new ISP, and if we download between 12am, and 6am, we get 45gb bandwith, and 25gb during the day. So my question is, can I set uTorrent to download between 12am, and 6am? Even if it means downloading another program.

uTorrent has a built in scheduler at Options>Preferences>Scheduler.

Once you click enable all the time boxes will turn dark green (full download).
Each time box represents an hour of the day. When you hover over a box, it will show what time period it covers.
You left-click to change to light green (limited download-which you set below) or white (stopped).
To get light red (seeding only) hold down the shift key while left-clicking.
Left-click dragging will change all time blocks that the mouse passes over to change to the new color.

To download only between 12-6 AM (and stop at other times), you would white out all the boxes except for the first 6 on each day.
