I want to copy a dvd and have used nero express before, I keep gettin a message of Unknown BurnPhase Does anyone know what this might be?? THANKS , I just joined the group and I'm sure sure how this site works.

Basically if you want to "duplicate" your disc then I would recommend that you use Nero Recode and something like AnyDVD to break any copy protection.
AnyDVD is available for a 21 day free trial from here
