question though is it a psp game if it is im here to help and if u have cfw u can just get a legal copy eboot of action replay and load it from the memory stick then select cheats and load

if its a psone game which it sounds like sorry no psone emulator cheat system has been created for the psp

Actually CWcheat is for Both ps1 and psp... Do you have CWcheat plugin enabled already? If so then just during game just hold "select" three seconds "select cheats" then if you get black screen.Means you have no codes Or its possible the game IDs dont match.However just try that an let me know if that solves your problem.

Ok heres what I did I went in my "pops" DB( ps1 code data) and looked for Megaman legends 1 as well as 2.I have found them both.Now next I want you to check your game ID,very simple.When you hold select 3 seconds and CWcheat comes up.Look at very top of screen see tha SLUS #? I need you to tell me it.Then well go from there.make sure Megaman is running when u do it.CWcheat will look for that games ID.Then just tell me the # u get.

Ok, Now just 1 more small step an it should b fine.Go into your seplugins folder then cwcheat folder.Right click on "cheatpops.dba" -open with then wordpad.Go to top click edit,then find put in Megaman Legends 1or 2. When You see it look at SLUS # It needs to be same SLUS# as the 1 u have ^ there.It obviously isnt,so make the right changes save it then try loading game hold 3seconds etc etc..hope it works out :)
