I have a 46' Samsung that is just beautiful but my current home theather is old and out of style. I would like some advice about the LOOKS and QUALITY of the home theater. I've searched around but haven't found anything.... Please Help

That really depends on how much you want to spend on a new setup.

Any dvd player you like will work fine.

There are HTIB (home theater in a box) systems, that you can get cheap (you get what you pay for), but you did mention Quality, as well as looks.
