burning procedures wrong---need advice

Tell me what I'm doing wrong to burn a DVD?

1. I copy the DVD to DVDFab HD Decrypter 4
2. I then sent it to DVD Shrink 3.2
3. I then went to Nero 7 ultra edition and open both express and nero burn rom and couldn't get either one to burn. When I would go to the file, the files appear empty.

I tryed this about 1 year ago and gave up. So I thought I would try it again and I'm still not any farther along.

I hope someone can help.

Also try outputing an ISO file from Shrink and burning that with ImgBurn (free).
