I have a Pearl Jam Live DVD and would like to record the songs only to play in my car, is this possible with Nero 8?

I don't know if nero Can do that or not, but you can try AOA Audio Extractor, it is free:

Thanks for your help, it seems that the audio extractor cannot read a DVD disc, It will only accept files. Its an audio only ripper.

Well, rip the DVD to your hard drive first, it should take you a couple of minutes.
