I GET THIS MESS THAT I CANT GET RID OF (THIS APP. HAS FAILED TO START because platctrl.bpl was not found
i believe the reason im getting this is because i uninstalled panda anti virus , i had this installed by someone else so i cant go to the panda site to get this corrected , so what i want to do is reformat my laptop ,it is a toshiba A200 i made the 2 recovery discs that it said to make when i first got it , could some please tell the steps to follow to reformat my laptop ..thanks
