Hello!

I have a number of DVDs that i need to put all on one disc. My problem is that when extracting the footage, which is in .VOB format, i have to then re-encode to MPEG2 for use in Adobe Encore.

I understand that .VOB is basically MPEG2 with some extra information for the purpose of DVD recognition etc..

Is there a way to rip the footage and remove the extra info so that the files are basically MPEG2?

I lose quality when re-encodiing so i want to side-step this process if it is at all possible?

Any advice on this will be very very very appreciated!!

cheers

Matt

Note, this also requires NET Framework to be installed.
