Whats different in cft theme and xmb flashing themes?

i think u mean PTF themes, not cft. The differences are that PTF are officially supported by sony, and cannot brink your psp while xmb themes involve replacing some of the original program the psp runs on. This can result in a brick if done incorrectly

On the contrary, I think he does mean CTF. .CTF themes are a newer version of themes. They are much like PTF in terms of installing. .CTF themes are exactly like XMB flashing themes except you don't actually have to tamper with your flash files manually. .CTF files are the same as .ptf files in the way that they go in the same folder called THEME on your memory stick. However, .CTF themes have the versatility of actual XMB flash themes without the chance of wrecking your flash files. .ptf themes can only change the icons and color schemes. So overall, .CTF theme are the best because they are way cooler, look better, and can completely change your PSP's menu while being very easy to install like the .pft themes.
