I just started it. Everyone says its really short. Is that true? I mean i'm not expecting like a 120 hours to do *everything* final fantasy X but I heard its like 10 hours if that.

I think it's just under 10 hours if your only doing the story, like one part straight after the other, no side-missions. But the side-missions are REALLY good and you'll probably get 15-16 hours.

Fat Psp, Bought Day Of Release :D 1.50 > Various Other OFWs > 3.40 > 3.72 > Pandora..=]> 1.50 > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.72 M33-4 > 3.90 M33-2 w/ 1.50 kernel

Slim Psp FINALLY 3.71 > Pandora-fied seconds after leaving the box ^-^ > 3.90 M33-2

Umm, well I've played a lot of them and I know that while playing FFX I died several times during the game and I found a few bosses to be very challenging. But I would say that Final fantasy games are more time consuming and difficult in a fun way rather than hard. There is just so much to do in them that you feel like you'll never get it all done. i think that?s what makes it seem hard. Also I?ve played games that were no fun because they were really annoyingly hard with repetitive difficult challenges. This makes them boring where as FF does a good job of making it fun (really fun) but challenging at the same time.

FFT isn't too bad, its just been ported from the original, and there's a slight lagging problem when perfroming certain moves but overall i thought it was a good game

It's actually a hard choice between GoW and CC:FF7. Both have exceptional graphics and gameplay. If you like the more Square Enix RPG style, then CC:FF7 for sure.

That said, I believe CC:FF7 has a lot more replay value. While short, once you finish the game, you can start it again with Zack and all your materia (can't remember about items). Unfortunately, though, all the missions reset... so you'll have to redo them (albeit quicker, with better equipment)

If you play CC:FF7 just for the story, it will take you approximately 10 - 15 hours. You can apparently pull up to about 30 hours though, if you do all the missions and seek all the DMWs.

I wish that they would port Final Fantay X to the PSP. I know that emulation would require about 2-3 times the power of the origanal unit (that being the PS2), so it couldn't be a direct port but they could try and tone down the graphics a bit.

I dunno, I just think it would be awesome...

I'd dig that - haven't got a PS2 and want to play the newer FF's. I suppose, until then, all we can do is wait for Dissidia, Kingdom Hearts and a possible (but slightly implausible) remake of FF7 for the PSP.

Hah. Can't see the remake happening, but it's nice to dream... that's why I buy a lottery ticket every now and again ;)

Square certainly don't HAVE to remake FF7, but they haven't ruled it out.

As for EBOOTing it... yep, that's what I've done. Definitely feel up for tackling FF7 again after finishing Crisis Core. You kind of feel obligated to if you haven't played it in awhile.

The last time I played FF7, my saves got wiped after 30 or so hours (trying to complete everything)... so now I'm starting again. I needed a good break after losing that though... that hurt.

ahhhh FF7 FEVER.

hmm i still remember how cloud look on it , he was so cool with his
blade on his back.
i wonder do god of war unchained; really beat FF7 crisis in graphics.

i recently enjoy monster hunter freedom on psp , in my opinion i think it definately can compete with those two in attack graphic but too bad it lack magic scenes.

Ouch.. I hate loosing my hard earned time. (which is all it really is) I had that happen with final fantasy X once. I didn't play it for like a month cause it was so depressing :P lol

Yeah! its totally cool .... Assuming you managed to get through my horrible typos and random grammatical errors.....

Just go to Settings than install other OS. you have to have the ISO on an external hard drive though.
