Order of files to burn PS2 dvd

Hi,all
I downloaded RE4 game from torrent,and it has no .iso files in it,just this in a picture.
Now,my PS2 is chip modded and everything is ok with it.
I've tried to burn this files in Nero as dvd-rom (Iso),and the dvd that i've burned isn't recognizible in PS2.
How to burn it properly?

Create a ISO file using those files, It can be done with PowerISO.

Or you could load them up in $ony's CD/DVD-ROM Generator. Then export the .iml file and use Genie's IML to ISO program to get your .iso image.

In Nero you need to choose UDF/ISO DVD , then copy all to compilation and burn it.
Also if you have winrar, you need to open it and go to OPTIONS/SETTINGS/FILE INTERGRATION and untick the ISO tab.
That way you won't extract the ISO, thinking its a winrar file.

Thank you all for replaying..the issue was (as the smokyrain suggested) that i had to write this files as the UDF/Iso dvd in nero.
Now the game works.
