well, here's my problem. I have a gta vice city stories iso and i wanted to use cheat device with it. The problem is, the game won't boot in the regular xmb, yet it runs fine in irshell. So either:
Can I get cheat device working in irshell? if so, is there a guide?
try changing to or normal UMD mode or Np9660. If it lags like crazy patch the fatsmods. Also, how come its not working? Do u see the icon, freeze..etc. Also make sure it a ISO or CSO format, not DAX
Irshell can run cwcheat, but its less reccomend. Since Irshell takes alot of ram. The worst is to waste more with a plugin like cwcheat

anyway, I think the error is my part when I rebuilt the UMD after using a ripkit. prior to putting the iso on my memory stick, I got it down to 900M by means of a ripkit and rebuilt it with UMDGEN. Some kind of minor error is preventing the ISO from loading in the XMB, but the file itself is fine. The ISO boots perfectly in IRSHELL otherwise.
