1. firstly makesure you have 3.71m33 or up.(check by goin 2 system settings>system infomation on your xmb.)

2. download this( you'll need winrar to open it download winrar here)
the emulator download

3. extract the files and put them in mso:/psp>game.

4. now ur done put ure roms in the roms folder inside the folder u put in mso:/psp>game.

Nice, however I might think about removing the link to the roms. I'm pretty sure it's against the forum rules and it'd be a shame to get banned for making a guide to help others.
