Heres the deal.

ps3 either.
PSP i could play the game.
psp , the hot shots golf 2 logo DOES appear, BUT, when I click on the game I get a

I think the problem is that I dont have the LICENSE folder and .RIF file for hot shots golf 2.

Unfortunately, without custom friwmare you will need to purchase the game through the playstation network. The problem is that the PSP see's your eboot file as a compatible piece of software but it cannot run it because it is a copywrite game. however, with custom firmware the PSP bypasses this step.
