ok i know to play ill need a)a mod chip b)swap magic or c)an hd. i have an hd but does the program you have to buy just convert the game to hd format on my pc? thanks

The games are just going to be in .iso format, it's the HD that needs to be formatted into PS2 format. This is easy though, you just need to format your HD with Winhiip.
