Usually when one plugs an earphone into the earphone jack (Notebook/laptop PC), one can hear sound only through the earphone, right? In my recently bought used PC however, when I plug the earphone, I can hear sound from both the speakers and the earphone. Is there a way to make it such that I can hear sound only from the earphone?
