URGENT: GTA San Andreas mods on PC

Hello!

I just installed some vehicle mods in GTA San Andreas on my PC, but I have noticed that they have considerably decreased the frame rate and slowed down the game. Consequently, I want to uninstall some of the mods.

Can anyone please direct me into how to do this as soon as possible?
