Best emulators for phat psp w/3.90 M33-3?

I have a phat psp 1001k that i am running 3.90 M33-3 custom firmware on. I am using Snes9x for my snes emulator and it works great, and nester j 1.11 for nes and that is ok too. I want to run a gba emulator, and am wondering which one you guys reccomend. I already have the gba rom as well as the actual game roms i want to run. Any help would be appreciated. I would also like to run a neogeo emu as well, same deal already have the neogeo rom and game roms, any suggestions? (If it matters i own a gbasp and all the games and have an old neo geo as well, I just want to run these all in one place)

The best GBA emulator for the psp is GPSP. Here is a link to the GBA emulator's. it also has all the psp emulator on the left side of the page.
