nero 8 install problem

i try to install nero 8 when it starts to copy files it stops with 3 option cancel retry or ignore if i hit the ignore then i gfet a error mrssage 2350 any ideas please

use nero clean tools to get rid of all version you ever had on your pc like like v6 v7 v8 then install fresh

thank you for the rerply but this pc was formatted last sat so nothing by nero has been installed and i bought the nero 8 from nero,com but they are not replying to my masils any other ideas please

maybe install from HD, copy all files in a folder on HD and run setup.exe

when i extract to a folder using 7-zip i get a lot of broken file errors any ideas how to fix this please

shouldnt need to extract anything

load cd in drive

right click on drive / explore

then copy and paste all

no extracting...

i just dowsnloaded on 2nd pc no attempt at a install as the other pc doesent need it as its more like a server to me just downloaded and copied the file across using my netweork places both pcs are win xp pro but the 1 iam trying to install nero 8 on has a quad core and 2 gig of ram and a onboard video card

ok last update befor i go to bed the nero 8.3.2.1 failed on install but i found the nero version befor this am going to give it a try tomorrow will upfate you how it goes tomorrow night thanks for the help btw the nero i will be trying is nero 8.2.8.0

tell me did the older nero used to run before the format?

and when you formatted did you install all the drivers etc from the motherboard install discs?

also graphic cards drivers etc...

check your device manager hierachy for any ? lurking...
