i have an american version of the psp updated to 3.52. I have a friend that has the european version updated to firmware 3.70, he can play iso games like god of war. i tried to in my psp but the files didnt apear. i even inserted his memory stick in my psp, but still didnt work. I need to know how can i play this games on my psp or maybe how can i downgrade it to a firmware that can play this games. i have the game FiFa Street 2 on a cd. its compressed with win rar,

The only way that your friend could play ISOs and you can't is cause he has custom firmware and you do not. His firmware is probably 3.7 M33. you have indicated that yours is 3.52. Unfortunately the only way you are going to be able to play your ISO games is if you install custom firmware onto your PSP. In order to do this follow one of the guide on the PSP mods and frimware disscusion forum.
