HELP - Connect U*C / NTHELL Receiver to Windows Media Center PC

Hi

Can someone please help.
I have a U*C / NTHELL Receiver which I want to connect to my PC for use on Windows Media Center.
I have gotten so far as getting a composite signal to come up on the Screen when the Windows Media Center runs through the Set-top box option, BUT I can't get past that.

It says that my IR Receiver is not compatible with the Set-top box; and I need an IR Receiver and Controller? I dont need the bloody Media Remote to control the U*C box, i would be happy just using the controller which came with the set-top box. I just can't get past the IR stage!!!!

Could anyone please Help me. If anyone knows how to do this, could you please advise. If you have instructions, you could email me at bhackerson@gmail.com
