SNES9X on 3.71 m33-4 Problems

I have a fat PSP running firmware 3.71 m33-4. I have tried loading SNES9X on there but it just won't seem to work. When I click the Icon it simply fades to black and stays there. Any ideas anyone?

what version of snes emulator? is that for 1.50? or 3.xx?

try the emulator for slim it is also compatible to fat 3.xx

Ok I tried that. I have tried other versions as well. Nothing works. I have searched the net and this seems like a pretty common problem, and yet there doesn't seem to be any anser for it...

I'm getting really frustrated...

I have tried it with and without the kernal set - same result. I feel like I have tried everything. I just don't understand

oh i see you have the me edition try this go here: http://yoyofr92.free.fr/psp/snespsp.html use the standard version

Well... all of a sudden its working...

I had tried the standard edition before the ME version with no luck. I just kept trying... and suddenly it worked!

Strange...

just wanted to add that the SNES Me works fine with slims and fat. Just put it in ur GAME folder, and change the kernal to 3.XX in ur recovery menu. 1.5 patch is not needed to run the emu.
