I used to use RemoteJoy to do this with Crisis Core. However, after I bricked my PSP recently I couldn't for the LIFE of me figure out how to set it up properly again.

So today I went and got myself IRShell, and omg... so much simpler. And it just works.

Go get yourself IRShell 3.9 and make sure you research the recommended firmwares that it supports. I'm using 3.80m33-5 myself.

IRShell 3.9: http://irshell.org/forum/showthread.php?tid=1094

Also get the IRShell's version of usbhostfs (including RemoteJoy): http://www.irshell.org/download/usbhostfs_PC_Win_1.7b.zip

Once you've installed it and set up usbhostfs to work on your PC, activate the 'usbhost' toggle on the irshell menu, and then load RemoteJoy on your PC. Press F3 to toggle fullcolour mode and you should see your IRShell menus displayed on RemoteJoy on your PC. Now you can go do anything you like, including running ISOs or UMDs. =)

Note:
To exit RemoteJoy, use F12 rather than the Esc key. Pressing Esc will disable the usb link when using IRShell, which will kinda suck if you're using it.

Just use the xmb menu option in IRShell to get to your regular menu to select what you normally do, or use the File Browser to find the ISO on your memorystick.
