hello i had a trojan and i ran smitfraudfix. after reboot (for example) i was not able to open itunes, with a message telling me it was on a locked disc or i did not have write permissions for this folder. i went through and checked user account settings, folder options, anything a moderately-skilled user would try. i eventually created a second user account and this account CAN access itunes, but cannot rename or delete anything that originated in the original user account on my computer. in essence, how can i tell the computer to let me change anything i want on my computer, since i should have 'write permissions' on anything on my drive? thank you for any help!!
