PSX game compressed by COSI (i cant extract)

Hi. Im trying to extract this psx game that is compressed by COSI but i dont know what it is or where to get it. I tried google but it wasnt really helpful in this case and only found old dead links. Anybody know where i can download COSI?

The files that im trying to uncompress are named like so,

VDISK_00005.bin.data
VDISK_00005.bin.mode

You can find it here:
http://rapidshare.com/files/43940169/COSI.exe.html

Just run it, and browse to your VDISK_00005.bin.mode.

Don't worry about "Remove trailing zeros." This is just for compressing ISOs.

You are decompressing one. Then click on the button "Decompress."
After a short session, it is complete and you can press [ESC] to exit out of COSI.

You will then find the new file in the directory you decompressed the MODE and DATA file.
