my fat psp was working great i had games on it and it was working fine. then i tried to hack my brothers thin psp. i kept trying to open the pandora battery file in the ISO folder, i pressed the 1.50 update and then i noticed that it was a 3.71 pandora battery one. i then deledted the corrupted file, pandora battery, and the update could that be the reason why its not working?? any solutions like to downgrade to 3.71, etc???

You shouldn't have deleted the corrupt folder. You need to redo your memory stick. I always use the noob proof memory ard maker and then use the depertar cementerio updates from dark-alex.org to upgrade my memory stick, however there are people on here that use other versions.

There should be a setting in your vsh menu and your recovery menu that will allow you to choose the "no umd" driver option also.

Press select in the xmb. xmb is the main menu if you weren't sure.

To access the recovery menu cut the psp off. Then hold the R shoulder button and cut the psp on while still holding the button. You'll go into the recover menu where you can change some of the more advanced settings.
