I have an Epson R380 printer. When I try to use the Epson print cd program, I get an error that says the program is missing the PICSDK.dll file, try to re-install. Done that, still does not work. Any ideas?

Uninstall the program, then try a clean install. Which operating system are you using and any noted problems on the Epson website?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, I should have listed that I'm running Vista business. I could'nt find anything on Epson support site about this problem I opened a tech support email, but that could take days.

Thanks, found the missing dll file on the web and dumped into the epson printer file, and I can open the program now. It now s says the the driver for the cd printing is not installed. As per your findings, I can print my dvd's using the manual method. Thanks for your help!
