I got GTA:SA and i bet everyone noticed that there is the user track. Which u can play ur own songs when u are in the car. The only to get the song is to rip it with the original dashboard.

So my question. Is that can the game play mp3 files? Also, where is the folder that contains my songs.

Thx. I have a xbmc and its hardmodded if that helps

When i had standart PC it was quite easy, i just had to put it in special folder. have U got a hard drive in your xbox? If y, U should try to put music into hd, maybe could works...
