I have an original copy of an overlengthed PS2 game that is God of War. When I inserted it on my dvd drive, it's only 3.96 GB but when I try to make an image from it, it says DVD length: 7.94 GB. When the dumping process reached 3.96 GB, the read speed becomes 0.0x and it's having too many read errors. I tried to cancel the process then mounted the image file and it works. I'm using Alcohol 120% in making images. But when I tried to burn the image file, it does not accept 4.7 GB DVDs but the image file is only 3.96 GB!. The image file may have preserved the Disc length.

God of War is a dual layer game. you will need a dual layer burner to rip and burn it.
