M3 Perfect SD no longer reads/saves gamesaves

After putting on The World Ends With You and being owned by the bug, my M3 started getting a little sick.

The card doesn't read the saved games that I have loaded on, and when I select Save Backup, it claims that I have no saves on the card. The same happens for both GBA and NDS, and on two separate SD cards.

I'm running the latest firmware, which I reinstalled when it started having problems, but no fix. Is there any way to fix this or, if not, any way to reinitialise the cart?
