I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the ICON and PIC of a Multi Disc Eboot. I tried to take apart a few Eboots with PBP Unpacker, but it's not able to put them back together afterwards.
You would have to rip the ISO from the eboot first (i use ICETEA for this). You would then need to remake the eboot from the ISO with the correct icons etc. See HERE for a guide i wrote for creating the eboot once you have your ISO and the pics you want to use as icons (the guide includes a link to download the ICETEA program).
hope that helps, let me know if you dont understand any of it and i'll try to help you out a bit.
I've done everything I can, but when I click Let's go it brings up an error message saying "Your gameid is not correct, region code followed by 5 digits!". I have no idea what the region code is though.
Right now I'm just testing this out on Xenogears, but does anyone have a list of where I can get region codes or how to fix this?
I think I found the game ID online for Xenogears (SLUS-00664). I put it in and everything seemed to work. But when I actually looked at the file it was only 1.29MB... when the original was 868MB. I tried it anyway, and doesn't work even though I managed to at least change the ICON and PIC in the background.
The reason I'm going all of this is because I want to to have Multi Disc eboots, but unless there is some method of actually combining 2 or 3 eboots together, I'd like to be able to change the Multi Disc eboots I found online, rather then go back re-rip all of my PSX games, some of which I don't have anymore.

You can make your own multi-disk eboots, and even add your own icon's.backgrounds. I wrote a guide on how to do this, which is in the stickies. Find it HERE.
Follow the guide and let me know if you have any problems with it.
You don't understand. I want to be able to alter a multi Disc Eboot, not create one. I've already found multi Disc Eboots that other people have made, thats why I've been asking for method to alter them.
I have made Eboots in the past, but unfortunately I "don't" have the disc images anymore.
So if anyone could please actually help me by telling me about a program to alter multi disc eboots, and stop pointing me to guides that require me to have the original disc images I would really appreciate it.
Also no offense ibizagti but I know how to use a search engine, and I knew how to do everything you've told me. I only just signed up for the forums to try and find a program that lets me alter multi disc eboots. But I'm guessing that it probably doesn't exist.

As I said in my first post...

You would then have the disk images, and be able to recreate the eboot with your own ICON and PIC images.
That would be the only way to change the contents of the eboot (AFAIK). If you don't think that's worth it...then don't do it. Also, I was trying to help you out, and gave you a solution that would fix fix your problem. no need for the attitude.
I did use ICETEA, and it took the multi disc eboot and turned it into 1 ISO file, not two. I figured it should work like you said, so I changed out the pic and icon, and put it back together with ICETEA, and it ended up being 1.29MB when the original was 868MB.
I don't know if I was supposed to use PyPOPs for some reason, but no matter what I did once I took it apart with ICETEA it became way too small.
