Ripping Error with DVD2ONE

Just a basic question I am sure, but being a fairly new mac user I am not sure how to fix this.... The error is after I used MTR and then try to burn using DVD2ONE..."The Destination Disk (/Users/lyndsie/Video/) has not enough free space to store the contents of the output (4.34 GB)." I erased everything in this folder except the current item I am trying to backup. I am now emptying the trash, but the error still comes up. Is there somewhere else I need to delete from?

Sorry if this is a total basic question....I am just fairly new to Macs as I said.
