need help reseting my epson printer ,i have the ssc service utility but it doesnt have the dx4050 as a compatable model ,have tried to use reset from other models but no joy,i know i could call epson but even under warranty they only replace it with a repaired model and want me to pay couriers to pick it up and post it back and money for a years warranty on there printer,anyway any help would be appreciated
