Hi Anyone
I am a newbie to these forums and I am in real need of some urgent help. i bought a dreambox and was told I neded to flash a new image on it. Downloaded a DB.img from digital worldz and flashed it to the set. re booted and tried to scan it but it doesn't even give me the start menu. It just says no signal!Even the green light won't go out so it seens to be stuck.
Please can anyone help me out here.

dont worry just re flash with dw2 free download on many fourms on this site make sure it has the fix on it i use dreamup 132.1 to flash it also available on this site search au fix best of luck its rough at the start but dont give up

Thanks to both westham88- a fellow supporter maybe! and mtv1. Its is nice to know someone out there reads these pleas for help.
I used a normal ethernet cable as I was working through my router. As to re flashing my problem is getting the router to connect to the dreambox as it keeps telling me it can't connect with the ip address I have assigned it. I will follw your advice and find the image you mentioned and see what happens.

Ye same thing happend to me awhile back. Network flashes are not recommended. Your flash was corrupted. You will need to buy a null cable and flash it with that. They only cost bout 7euro and many websites do them.
