Hi, i recently bought a bluetooth keyboard and mouse for use with my pc but i cant seem to get them to work on the pc. When i install the software that came with the dongle i get an error message saying my device(dongle) is not connected. Also when i plug the dongle in i get an error message saying my usb device has malfunctioned. However when i plug the dongle into my laptop it works fine and i can connect to the keyboard and mouse and use them with no problems.

Does anyone have any idea why my pc cant recognize my bluetooth dongle even though my laptop can? Both machines are running xp pro sp2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
