Create ".sis Download link" for Nokia Mobile Phone

Hi there

I am new to web design for the mobile phone and im trying to create a download link for the Nokia Mobile phone specifically for a ".sis" file, an example of this would be: 
<a href="SOMETHING.sis">Click to Download</a>
This works while browsing from your PC, but i have a problem when trying from a Nokia Mobile Phone, as a ".sis file" is a format the Nokia Phone can read, so instead of downloading it, it trys to open the file and display all sorts of weird letters and symbols.

If anyone knows what im talking about please shed some light on this for me, i would really appreciate it.
