Distorted PLAYSTATION 2 logo

Sometimes when I start SwapMagic 3.6 my PLAYSTATION 2 logo is distorted, does this happens to anyone and why is that?

No, nothings wrong. the logo is in the disc. the logo distortion usually occurs if you put a DVD from other region into console.

The disc is NTSC and my console is NTSC, it happens rarely though, so what's the problem?
