My Liteon 811s will not eject with manual button most
of the time. Sometimes it will. I can use dvdinfopro
but it is a little annoying.

I own the same burner, had it for two weeks now and haven't had any problem. I'm using Shrink, Nero6 and Decrypt software. Mostly likely it is a harware failure.
