are you using the latest version of those programs? if not update them and then try again. also what errors are you getting if any? another thing is the bottom of the dvd clean of fingerprints? if not then clean it and try again.

Just telling us it didn't work is not really enough information to offer possible solutions.
If you're getting an error, we need to know what it is. The more specific you are with your question the quicker and more precise we can be with our answers.

I was able to back-up First Sunday with dvdfab 5.0.1.5. Beta, using the platinum version. It played with no problem.

I thought the dvd was new, but the kids used it first and had fingerprints all over it.

Again, Gjones, unless you tell us exactly where you're having trouble, we're not going to be able to help too much.
Mind readers...we are not.

I am backing up my first Sunday but am having a small problem, on my back up disk i am getting subtitles on some of my dvd players and on other players there are no subtitles. I used DVDFab platinum and only did the main movie. Any one know why these sub titles show up on some players and not others?
Thanks

Using DVDFab Platinum, is there a way to keep the main movie and the menus(Play,Language selection,Scene selection,Special features)? I would like there to be these menus at the beginning. No previews.
