DSTT Advice!

Hi there, I own 2 dstt cards and understand about downloading the kernels and putting the roms on. One card runs perfectly, the other goes straight to the DS start screen. I've tried blowing the connectors and also tried placing some paper down the back to help the connectors connect with the DS but with no joy. Any help or ideas would be gratefully recieved, Thanks!
