can anybody tell me how to put ir shell 3.9 version on to the psp 3.90 m33-3 ive tried to put it on but cant get it working

Well you install it like normal, enable it in the recovery menu. It'll boot up fine, however I'm unable to get anything to work through it. There's a patch you can try, but I have been unable to get it to work.

That patch is the thing where you make it so IRSHELL can work on any future firmware. The IRSHELL creator had stopped the updates not long ago.
