I have a problem with my computer mouse. Every 10-15 Minutes, i hear the add hardware sound, and its making my mouse freeze for 10 seconds or so, during any operation. Especially during Games.


(Here are the things i already tried, update drivers, looked at the mouse settings, i have reinstalled the drivers also, and i have tried it on other computers.)

have you tried different usb ports on the computer? is it the front or back ports?

Are you using Razer's own drivers? If so, don't, they're useless for the diamondback, I have one as well. Try using default windows drivers at first, and if still no luck, try to get it replaced. Out of curiosity, is it the red version or an infra-red (blue, green etc)?
