How to configure an M3DS Real For a French user???

Hi there

Could some one please help me I have brought an m3ds real but i need to set it up for a French user how do i do this someone please help urgent also cannot find the correct firmaware when i go to M3adapter.com i get to download V2.5 and its in engliash any chance i can get a french version beacuse i think the game text will appear in engliash ? please help..

I don't think the language of your firmware has anything to do with the langauage used in a file run off the microSD card. I'm pretty sure that if you are playing a backup ROM in German or Swahili or whatever, it will still be in German or Swahili or whateer regardless of the language of the card's firmware.

hi

cheers for that i willl try that in a minute does that mean i will have to download only French games/roms or if i simply set the M3ds real firmware to French games will automatically become in french?

As I said, I'm pretty sure the language of the firmware has nothing to do with the language of the ROM.

If you want to play a game in French, you should play a French ROM.

Flashcarts (and the Nintendo DS, for that matter) have NOTHING TO DO with game localization.

If you want games in French, you will need a European ROM that supports French or French ROM (of which there are only 46).

Moonshel comes as part of the firmware. I would guess if you download a French firmware you will get a localized Moonshell if it exists.
