Hey all,
I download Wii ISOs and recently received a e-mail from my internet provider saying that if i did not stop, they would have to take action. From then on, I haven't been downloading. Does anyone know any programs which can block anyone from knowing that you're downlading these files? Some tips on this would be greatly appreciated as well.

it doesn't block it:P its running fine on mine and everyone else's!

and usually a program meant for windows will run on vista:P so yes im pretty sure that p2p guardian will run on vista:)

@KC108 read the link i gave you, it shows you how to block your isp from tracking your downloads and keeping your p2p activity hidden (to whats possible)

didn't even bother to change the mac on my NIC this time:P

Your ISP is not spying on you nor do they really care what you do, they received a dmca notice from the copyright holder of whatever game you were downloading. Your ISP is legally obligated to forward the notice to you.

Peer guardian and the like will indeed block known ip's, but to think it will guarantee your privacy and security is silly.

There is a beta of Peer Guardian for Vista: http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Pee...03/1070597192/1 or http://www.teckh.com/?p=87 but like said above, they aren't 100% but they are the best available.

Just a heads up, RC1 doesn't work with Vista 64 bit. I had no problems running it with 32 bit, but no dice with the latter.
