installing internet radio on nokia n95 8gb

I have a n95-8gb and i recently had to format the mass memory. I then tried to re-install some apps. when i tried to install internet radio again a message pops up saying that it is already installed and that i need to go to application manager and uninstall it and restart the phone before i go ahead. but there is no trace of it anywhere in app manager or anywhere in the phone. it will not let me install because of this reason. CAN ANYONE HELP I NEED THIS APP
