Someone please help me!! When I'm versing liquid snake on the communication tower and shoot a second stinger missile at his hind ( helicopter) the game freezes. All I can hear is the noise of the helicopter. I'm sure that other people had this problem, but it still hasn't been resolved. I'm using custom firmware m33-3 with 3.40 pops. The eboot file was from pinoypsp, is there something wrong with this eboot?

yep, sorry...should have read post properly.
@ 0Squall0 - follow eric's advice and you should be fine.
I have the exact same problem with pinoypsp's eboot of mgs. After the 2nd stinger attack it freezes. How did you fix it Squall0? I tried every pops version with same result. Is it because the eboot is corrupt? Please reply.
It may be due to the eboot, or the POPS files you are using could be corrupt. Try installing the POPS files again and that may work. See THIS guide for info.
If it still doesn't work you could try remaking the eboot. See HERE for my guide for making a multi-disk eboot of MGS. I made the game as shown in there and ran it on 3.71 M33-4 with no problems at all.
Yeah, this problem hasn't been solved , I'm certain that theres something with the eboot (cause I also used the one from pinoypsp) rather then the pops, I just had to skip the rest of disc 1 and download a save file for disc 2 and continued from there....
Ok guys i figured it out, well not me personally i recently came across it on another forum, but what u do is leave the pops.txt file empty except for the popsloader, any other plugins create a new txt. file... I'm running 3.90m33-2 popsloader 3.71, and after 2 weeks straight trying to figure out this problem, i'm finally able to play mgs disc 1... If anyone needs further explanation feel free to pm me... Thanks for all your help

Well if you press the home button on the psp and go to options , you should be able to change controller ports through there, thats what i did and it worked.
